Art Aunty is New Zealand owned and operated and we strive to get orders out to our fam as soon as possible! 

Your new piece is framed professionally here in New Zealand, we aim have all framed art dispatched within 7 business days on an overnight courier. You can expect to be hanging your new art on your walls within 10 business days! Rural or Island addresses are subject to longer delivery time frames.

Sometimes the postage service can experience delays due to a number of reasons, if we expect any delays on your order we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

My item has not arrived or it has arrived damaged

All orders are packed safe and securely so it is rare to have any damages in transit but our New Zealand delivery partners and product handlers are only human so we know mistakes can happen! Let us know within 3 days of delivery if there are any issues with your package so we can ensure a replacement is dispatched ASAP.

If you receive the wrong art or something different to what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can retrieve this and send the correct item or provide you with a refund

I have changed my mind after placing my order, can I cancel it?

If we have not started production then we can absolutely cancel your order however due to our quick turn-around times this may be unlikely. After you place your order, the production is booked in with our printers and shipping company so we can get it out to you as soon as possible so contact us immediately and we will do what we can to stop it before going into production and provide you with a full refund.

I have changed my mind on the artwork I purchased but it has arrived

As our art and framing is produced only once someone has placed an order we are not able to provide refunds for change of mind. We understand sometimes style can vary when you get pieces on the wall IRL but we are sure the piece would make a great gift to someone else in your circle so suggest paying it forward!
